My journey into software development began from within education itself. Working directly in schools gave me a perspective that most developers simply don't have — I've sat in the staff room, attended the briefings, and felt the end-of-term crunch firsthand.
That experience shapes every project I take on. When I build a reporting tool or a timetabling system, I'm thinking about the teacher who needs it to work first time, every time — not the technology underneath.
The free utilities section of this site is a small reflection of that ethos: tools I built to make my own working life easier, now available to everyone, no strings attached.
